If this pole could talk

This is an example of a very tightly focused story. It started with an observation that light poles around University of Kentucky were covered with layers of signs and posters. After refining that observation with workshop instructors, the crew set out with a focus statement –”If this pole could talk,” and several ideas for visualizing the story.
